Compensation and Benefits

At Concentra Physical Therapy, we provide our therapists with a comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits package. The package includes:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – Paid time off can be used for vacation, illness, or personal business.
  • Holidays – We offer paid holidays to full-time and part-time employees for the following occasions: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (at certain locations, the holiday observed is at the manager's discretion), Christmas, Floating Holiday.
  • American Physical Therapy Association – We offer National and Chapter dues with active participation.
  • Licensure Dues – We offer paid renewal of state licensure dues.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME)
  • Medical Insurance package – We offer different options to fit your budget and your lifestyle, including a PPO-type plan, an HMO-type plan and a plan that offers catastrophic coverage.
  • Dental – We offer the freedom to visit any licensed dentist for covered procedures through our PPO plan. We also offer a DMO plan where each person chooses a primary care dentist from a DMO network.
  • Vision – Our plan provides coverage related to eye care and vision services such as annual eye exams and corrective lenses.
  • Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account – These plans enable you to set aside pre-tax monies through convenient payroll deductions for certain eligible health care expenses that are not reimbursed by medical, dental or vision plans or to pay for the care of dependent children under the age of 13 or for the care of a physically disabled (incapable of self-care) spouse or dependent of any age who spends at least 8 hours per day in your home.
  • Life Insurance – This provides all eligible employees with life insurance of one times annual base salary and an equal amount of Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance.
  • Disability Insurance Plans – We offer company paid Basic Long Term Disability coverage to help provide protection against total loss of income during an extended illness or injury to eligible employees. We also offer an optional short term disability plan at a reasonable rate.
  • 401k plan – We offer the opportunity to save for retirement on a tax advantaged basis through convenient payroll deductions.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – This program is a confidential professional counseling service provided to employees and their dependents at no cost.
  • Concentra ACTS (Action, Compassion, Teamwork, Support) – This plan is a special way to assist, through monetary support, a fellow employee who has suffered an unforeseen, catastrophic event that results in financial hardship.
